Q. What if an item is sold? Will it come back in stock?
We only have one of each item, so things tend to sell quickly. Once an item sells, it will be marked as sold. We keep our most-coveted sold items on our Collection page so they are available for viewing on the site. Customers are able to create a Wish-List and request to be contacted if those items happen to become available again. *You can create a Wish List by filling out the form on our Wish List page.
All items listed on the Home Page are in stock and are also the newest items on the site. We recommend checking the Home Page frequently for In-Stock options.
Q. Are the items listed on the website authentic?
Yes. Every item listed on our website is guaranteed to be authentic. Please note that all sales are final. We are available to answer any questions regarding fit, fabric, style, etc. at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our store at 949.675.5553.
Q. Is everything in your store available for purchase online?
No. Because our in-store inventory changes so fast, it would be impossible to list every item on our site. We encourage you to stop in to our boutique to see our entire selection or call us for specific needs.
Q. What if I don't see anything in my size on the site?
We strive to give every customer a personal shopping experience. If you see something you like on our site, but it is not in your size please give us a call. We may be able to find something similar for you. We also would be happy to help you create a personalized look if you're able to come into the shop.
Q. What if I'm looking for a specific item or specific designer?
Please give us a call and let us know what you're looking for! We are happy to accomodate you.
Q. What if I have a technical issue with ordering on your site?
Please call us at 949-675-5553 and we will reserve the item for you over the phone until the technical issue is resolved.
Q. Do you take returns?
All sales are final, however, if you have any questions about an item you may contact us at any time at email@example.com or at 949.675.5553 during store hours before you make your purchase.
Q. What if I need expedited shipping?
We exclusively use priority mail through the U.S. Postal Service to ship our items. Under special circumstances expedited shipping may be available. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about expedited shipping.
