Consignment Information

What we're looking for

  • Recognizable high-end designer labels (we do best with designers like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Dior, YSL & Hermes, but we accept a vast range, so please don't hesitate to call if you have questions).
  • Items purchased new within the last 2-4 years (current, on-trend styles) in excellent/ like-new condition
  • Men & women's clothing, shoes, belts, handbags and accessories 
    • ​*Please call with jewelry inquiries as we have a different policy regarding these items. 

When we take in items

  • Monday through Friday between10am and 5pm
  • Please call 949-675-5553 to schedule an appointment
  • Office hours for scheduling are Monday through Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm
  • Office is closed on weekends

Additional Information

  • We ask that all items come in clean. We do steam all items before they are put on the sales floor. 
  • Items do not need to be on hangers.
  • We are a seasonal store, so please only bring in items that are seasonally appropriate at the time.
  • We keep items for about 2 months in the store. If items are unsold after that time period, they will be marked down 40% for bi-monthly seasonal sale.
  • Items are priced at about 1/3 of the retail price. Consignors will receive 40% of the sales price. For example, if an item is priced at $100.00, the consignor will receive $40.00. 
    • Items by Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Hermes will be priced higher (about 50-60% of retail) and the consignor will receive 50% of the sales price. 
    • Payment is made in the form of a check. We do not offer store credit, trades or cash. Checks can be picked up during store hours or mailed.
  • We pay by check only. You are welcome to a check any time an item in your account has sold. For your convenience, you can pick up a check in store or we can mail it to you.
